Our founder Paul Pringle, has over 40 years experience, he started his career as a bench hand joiner before moving onto the site installation teams.

He worked his way up to become a site foreman, he expanded his skills to become an estimator for the then Bar Interiors Ltd, where he progressed and became Managing Director.

In 2015 Paul founded Property Construction Northern Ltd (PCN Ltd).

He started the business in a small factory unit where he employed 12 members of staff, within 2 years PCN Ltd secured larger projects being awarded 3 prestigious contracts with Wembley stadium.

This led to the expansion of the company and moving to larger premisses and expanding the employee numbers to 22 in house and a further 25 full time subcontractors.
